We have neen using IT Support UK for our company in Dartford, for over 10 years, and we have always found them to be knowledgeable and helpful in all respects.

Andy and his team undertook the migration from our old server to Microsoft 365 SharePoint in December 2024, and the whole process was completed over the Christmas shutdown, without any problems.

Have used IT Support UK on many occasions to fix our server issues but in the past few years he has moved us to the cloud with share point and office 365. Andy has been excellent in aiding us with our IT requirements over the past few years. During this time we have gone through a change of office, a change of server, and lastly a switch to a cloud-based server.

Andy and his team have always been on hand with sound advice and guidance on all of these major changes with little to no interruptions to our business. Problems are often dealt with within a few minutes on a phone call or a remote connection.

Andy also hammers home the saying 'prevention is better than cure' and he shows this in his advice on futureproofing the security of our IT solutions and is always on the lookout for the best and newest systems that can aid us.

IT Support UK have provided us with a comprehensive support solution for our IT since 2012. Most issues are dealt with on the initial phone call and within minutes. Even the most complex problems are usually fixed the same day. Although we are based in the City of London where IT fees are usually sky high, we found IT Support UK to be very reasonable for monthly support and upgrade projects. We feel rather fortunate that we found this company many years ago. We even get help when we send a cheeky request out of hours. Great value and an excellent service.
